All Inclusive Rates

Exclusive hunting parties

At Pheasant City you will only hunt with your party. Our rates are designed for private groups of 12 or more. Smaller groups are welcome. Call for a price quote

West Roost is an 8 bed economy Lodge. Contact us to create a custom package to meet your needs.

Deposit/Payment/Refund Policy

  • We request a deposit of $500.00 per hunter, to hold your reservations.
  • Deposits can be made by check or money order, or online.
  • Remaining balance is due in cash, check or money order at the end of the hunt unless other arrangements are worked out in advance.
  • Cancellations before July 1st will receive a 100% refund of their deposit. If you choose to cancel your hunt after July 1st, your deposit will be non-refundable unless a replacement is booked. If you find a replacement, you will be issued a 100% credit. We offer you the option of rescheduling your hunt within the same season (if dates are available) and use 50% of your deposit(s) towards your rescheduled hunt.
